Interview met de heer Jan-Joris Kriele, sinds 2013 General Manager van The Hotel in Brussel.<\/p>\n

The Hotel, gelegen bij de Louizalaan in hartje Brussel, werkt sinds 2010 met Bisoft voor de installatie en onderhoud van het informaticasysteem.<\/p>\n<\/div>

1. Waaruit bestaat de samenwerking tussen The Hotel en Bisoft?<\/strong>
\n\u00ab Allereerst zorgt Bisoft voor het onderhoud van ons informaticasysteem. Wij hebben een maintenance contract met Bisoft ondertekend en de system engineer komt 2 dagen per week bij ons. Bovendien heeft zij een raadgevende rol. Immers, als wij de aanschaf van een nieuw software of App plannen, vragen wij eerst de raad van Bisoft over de haalbaarheid hiervan. Ook ons informaticamateriaal kopen wij bij Bisoft.\u201d
\n2. Hoe verloopt deze samenwerking ?<\/strong>
\n\u201cDe samenwerking is heel positief. Bisoft is heel aandachtig voor de problemen die zich bij The Hotel kunnen voordoen en reageert hier heel snel op. Een paar maanden geleden hadden wij hen gevraagd om ons op de hoogte te stellen wanneer nieuwe technologie\u00ebn op de markt komen die voor ons interessant kunnen zijn. Bisoft heeft hier heel positief op gereageerd en doet dit ook regelmatig.\u201d
\n3. Wat is voor u een voordeel van deze samenwerking?<\/strong>
\n\u201cWat voor mij een heel groot voordeel is, is de flexibiliteit van Bisoft. Normaal komt de System Engineer op 2 vaste dagen per week bij ons. Als wij op een andere dag een probleem hebben, wordt er van dag geswitched. Als de System Engineer afwezig is, krijgen we iemand anders die even goed op de hoogte is. Wij kunnen ook altijd buiten de 2 vaste dagen beroep doen op de System Engineer.\u201d
\n4. Zou u aan andere hotels aanraden om met Bisoft te werken ?<\/strong>
\n\u201cJa zeker, ik ben heel tevreden over de samenwerking. Ik zou ze wel zeggen om bij de aanvraag van de prijsofferte duidelijk aan te geven wat er precies nodig is. Ook wat eventuele toekomstplannen betreft.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>
